JALAPEÑO & GARLIC

PORK CHOPS

The pork chop, simple, straight forward and incredibly delicious when prepared with our Jalapeño & garlic seasoning. Down the hatch!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning

  • 1.5 lb Pork Chops, bone in

  • 2 tbsp Butter 

STEPS

1. Generously season the pork shops on both sides with Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic seasoning.

2. Heat your oil in a skillet over medium high heat, then add the pork chops to the pan and sear for 5 minutes.

3. Flip the chops and add butter to the pan. Baste the chops with the butter as it melts for another 5 minutes. Flip once more and baste the other side for 2 more minutes.

4. Remove the chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
