1 tsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic Seasoning
1.5 lb Pork Chops, bone in
2 tbsp Butter
1. Generously season the pork shops on both sides with Bravado Spice Jalapeño & Garlic seasoning.
2. Heat your oil in a skillet over medium high heat, then add the pork chops to the pan and sear for 5 minutes.
3. Flip the chops and add butter to the pan. Baste the chops with the butter as it melts for another 5 minutes. Flip once more and baste the other side for 2 more minutes.
4. Remove the chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
