ROULETTE DEVILED EGGS

Check out this delicious deviled eggs recipe spiked with Crimson and Crimsons Special Reserve Hot Sauces. We really put the devil in deviled eggs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Eggs

  • 2 oz Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2  tsp Black pepper

  • 1 tsp Bravado Spice Crimson Seasoning

STEPS

1. Add the eggs to a pot of boiling water, wait 30 seconds, and then cover tightly with a lid. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 11 minutes.

2. Remove from the water and place into a bowl of ice water immediately for 15 minutes

3. Cut eggs in half, put the yolks in a mixing bowl, and set the whites aside. Then add mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and Bravado Spice Crimson Hot Sauce to the yolks.  Mix well with a whisk or fork until the mixture is smooth. and approximately the consistency of frosting. Add more mayo or hot sauce as needed.

4. Using a pastry bag or even a large plastic storage bag, pipe the yolk filling into the empty egg whites, and dust with Bravado Spice Crimson Seasoning.  Refrigerate or serve immediately
