I received the Garlic & Arbol sauce as a gift, and I am just blown away by the quality. The aroma is smoky-sweet and garlicky with a touch of vinegar. You'll get a whiff of the heat too, which is always great. And the flavor! Fruity and slightly sweet with garlic on the end.. so well balanced, and nothing is overpowering. The heat is present in a big way, but it's a slow burn. After a couple splashes of sauce on eggs, pizza, or tacos, you'll be warmed right up. This is one of my go-to sauces now, and I'll definitely be stocking up.

Intense heat but flavor to match. Highly recommend. Not for the weak.
