The black garlic hits with a richness and depth that is hard to find in many other hot sauces. The Carolina Reaper is usually a beast but the garlic helps tame it. It has a dark chili richness and a smokiness to it that reminds me of chili powder but delivers that intense heat from the Reaper.

I have at least 20+ hot sauces. This one is hot and more importantly, it has a good flavor as well. I'm on my 4th bottle.

This is a great sauce, which has a nice savory flavor. There is a bit of vinegar to it but definitely not overpowering. When I first tried it, the smokey maple flavor actually hit me first. The heat is quite intense, and builds rather than just immediately setting your tongue on fire - in my opinion resulting in a tingly throat heat that puts me in mind of a Scotch whisky's warmth. Uses natural ingredients so it's not an artificial heat, and works well as a condiment or mixed in with a chili, or whatever you fancy! Would definitely buy again!
